Comments:	Paul and I roomed together at Hunter AAF. Anyone who knew Paul liked and respected him. He was truly a "stand-up" guy. I often think of him with fond memories. Paul James and Steve Lane were killed in a wreck while inserting ARVN troops on a mountain top. I recovered the bodies. Crewman Buford Sumner later died from injuries sustained in this wreck. Before his death, Sumner personally gave me details of the incident. I can provide additional info if interested.
